I was born and raised here in Jefferson City, and have been a member of First Baptist Church all of my life.  I am a graduate of Jefferson County High School; and the University of Tennessee, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in August 2010.  I have been married to the love of my life, David, for over 10 years, and we have 2 wonderful children, Alyssa and Brayden.  I am the newest staff member at First Baptist Church and serve as the part time ministry assistant in charge of publications.  Part of my responsibilities at First Baptist are to publish our bi-weekly newsletter, the "Messenger", as well as preparing materials to publicize church events utilizing our various bulletin boards.  In addition to those responsibilities, I serve as webmaster for the virtual home of First Baptist Church Jefferson City, and help resolve various computer issues that arise.
