|Ministries - Children's Ministry|
Through a variety of activities and experiences our children’s ministry assists parents as they raise their children in the Christian faith. From the first day they are brought to church, children begin to learn about God, about the Scriptures and about God’s plan for their life. We believe education is a process to be enjoyed to its fullest. Therefore, we seek to provide an environment that allows children to grow as Jesus did “in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.”
Our children's ministries include Sunday School, Choir, and Missions programs, as well as Vacation Bible School and a summer reading program called Bookworms, to help our children grow in their faith. Some of our the activities in our Children's Ministry include learning ways to serve others through our "Never Too Small to Serve" program; learning the steps of becoming a Christian and what it means to be one in our "I'm A Christian Now" Sunday Bible Study class; learning ways to praise God in our Preschool and Children's Choirs; learning about missionaries and missions work in our Mission Friends, GAs, and RAs; and learning ways that we can live our faith. We also have activities which nurture family bonds, such as our Family Easter Egg Hunt and Picnic, and events to encourage the development of solid relationships with other children, such as PassportKids! camp.

"Hometown Nazareth" is a journey to Bible time's experience.
Our journey to Bible times will attempt to re-create the life that
Jesus experienced as a child. We are planning with the desire for
children to enter the world of Bible lands and times and experience
life as it was then. We want them to experience the life of Jesus in
new and exciting ways. Among their marketplace experience will be
carpentry, weaving, pottery, Bible time's food, animals and much
more! We hope your child will join us as we adventure toHometown
Nazareth: Where Jesus Was a Child.
